It depends where you are located. We work with different logistical centers around the world and some ship on the weekend, others don’t so please don’t count on it - we don’t want to overpromise.

Delivery usually takes between 5 - 12 business days. Express delivery takes 5 - 8 business days.

Because we deliver worldwide, we deliver from multiple countries and logistical centers around the globe. That may be from Thailand, Germany, USA or UK.

We collaborate with a variety of trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable and efficient delivery of your orders. Some of our esteemed partners include FedEx, Amazon, DHL, PostNL and Thai Post. Rest assured, we carefully select our shipping partners to guarantee that your packages are in safe hands and reach you in a timely manner.

If your country isn't included in our standard shipping policy, but you're eager to get your hands on Wiseguy Original products, don't hesitate to contact us! We'll make every effort to figure out a way to ship to your location. Keep in mind, the selection of couriers and shipping times can vary significantly. Also, anticipate potential higher shipping-related costs that might be your responsibility. Drop us a message, and let's explore the available options together!

Returns and refunds

To initiate a return*, there are two ways to reach us. You can either send an email to info@wiseguyoriginal.com or use the chat box located in the bottom right corner of our website.

However, it's important to note that while we don't offer direct exchanges, if you intend to replace your suspenders with a different pair, we kindly request you to place a new order once your refund has been processed.

*Please be aware that our outlet products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

After you have reached out to us regarding your return, we will provide you with a return label that includes the address of the return location. Please be aware that the logistics and shipping costs for the return will be your responsibility. In the rare situation that you receive a defective product, we will gladly refund you for the return shipping expenses.

As soon as we receive your return, we'll quickly refund your payment. We want to make the process as smooth as possible for you, so rest assured that once we have the product in our hands, we'll initiate the refund right away. 

We do not facilitate direct product exchanges. Instead, we kindly request that you return the product you no longer wish to keep. Once the return is processed, you can proceed to place a new order for the desired product.

Please note that our outlet products are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Payment

We've got you covered with a wide range of convenient payment methods to make your shopping experience a breeze. You'll find various options such as Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, Shop Pay, and UnionPay, giving you the flexibility to choose the payment method. Simply select your preferred option during checkout, and you'll enjoy a seamless and hassle-free payment process with us.

We understand that mistakes can happen, even while entering contact information. Rest assured, our webshop is designed to detect and flag any errors in the contact details before your order is finalized. However, if an oversight occurs, we're here to help!

Kindly include your order number and provide us with the correct information that needs to be updated. Our team will promptly assist you in making the necessary changes to your contact details.

We understand that sometimes you may realize you want to make changes to your order after it has been placed. While our order processing is typically immediate, we encourage you to reach out to us directly if you find out that you want to make changes. While we cannot guarantee the feasibility of modifying the order, we are always here to assist you and explore possible solutions.

Once your order has been processed, it becomes challenging to cancel it directly. However, we encourage you to reach out to us as soon as possible if you wish to explore cancellation options. While we cannot guarantee that a cancellation will be feasible. We'll do our best to assist you within the scope of our abilities.

We understand that our leather suspenders, crafted from authentic full-grain leather, may occasionally leave markings on your garments. While we strive to provide exceptional products, we acknowledge that the nature of the leather material can result in color transfer.

To address this issue, we recommend treating the affected area by spraying or rubbing vanish or stain remover prior to washing.

Swapping Connector Style

These instructions are tailored for full leather straps without a pouch for the connector part. If your suspenders have a connector resembling a pouch, please refer to the next FAQ question for specific instructions related to that design.

To swap the ends of your suspenders, you'll need a small flat screwdriver. Here's what you can do:

Take a look at the back of the small metal stud that adjusts the size of the suspenders. There's a screw holding the metal stud in place. You'll need to unscrew the stud using the small flat screwdriver. Once it's removed, you can slide the current connector off of the suspenders.

Now, slide on the new part you want to use instead of the previous connector. Put the stud back onto the suspenders and align it with the screw hole. Finally, use the small flat screwdriver to tighten the screw and secure the stud in place.

Hopefully this information helps you swap the ends of your suspenders successfully.

Swapping the connector style of your Wiseguy Suspenders is a straightforward process. If your suspenders feature an end with a leather part and a metal rivet, this guide is for you. The metal rivet keeps the ends of the leather together, creating a space for the connector to fit in. Follow these simple steps to seamlessly switch connector styles:

To get started, gently wiggle open the leather cover to reveal the space where the connector sits. Now, slide off the current connector from the leather part. Next, introduce the new connector style you prefer and slide it into the designated space. Lastly, close the leather end by aligning the metal rivet with its original position. Give it a gentle push until the metal rivet pops out again. And there you have it!

Sizing and materials

When we mention ‘Size’ it is related to your length. ‘Width’ is related to the width of the straps; these vary from 0.75 inch / 2 cm to 1.36 inch / 3.5 cm. This is a matter of style and wider straps can offer more support.

We offer three different sizes: S/M, M/L and XL/XXL. M/L is our default and is used for the biggest part of our products. S/M and XL/XXL are only available for a few specific suspenders. You can filter those on the ‘All suspenders’ page to see them.

Wiseguy Suspenders come in three widths: skinny, slim and wide.

Skinny: 0.75 inch / 2 cm

Wide: 1.36 inch / 3,5 cm

Sometimes, what you see on social media might not be available on our webshop because we operate globally and have different collections in various regions. Each region has its own selection due to how we manage shipping from our multiple warehouses worldwide. Although our core collection is everywhere, our US online flagship store has a wider range of products.

Custom suspenders

Sure thing! We would love to fabricate your tailor made suspenders. Tailor made suspenders can be created out of existing materials from the products in our webshop. To create your own tailor made suspenders, mail us at info@wiseguyoriginal.com and let us know which combinations you have in mind. We’re looking forward to your creative ideas!

The suspenders will have been customized to your personal taste and preference. Because of this personalization, we won't be able to accept returns for it.

No need to worry about extra expenses for customization—shipping is the only extra charge. Embracing your inner Wiseguy means making a statement, and what better way to do that than with your very own, unique pair of Wiseguy Original Suspenders.

Given that your custom Suspenders are shipped directly from our production studio, these shipping expenses vary by location but generally total around 35 USD or EUR.

For custom orders, we cannot offer any promotions or discounts. However, when you order 3 we still gift a 4th pair. Extra shipping costs of 35 USD apply.
